the barbell row has to be done with
proper form to avoid injury to your back
you can use a pronated grip which is
where your palms are facing away from
you or you can use a supinated grip
where your palms are facing towards you
stand with your feet shoulder width
apart bend over while keeping your knees
slightly bent spine neutral and your
core tight your torso should be close to
parallel with the ground keep your head
up looking forward breathe out and lift
the barbell to your lower chest area
make sure there is absolutely no
rounding in your back keep your elbows
close to the body inhale and slowly
lower the barbell back to the starting
position
